The AfriCairo Collective is known for its unique blend of African musical styles. AfriCairo believes that art is the most natural and effective way to create a dialogue between cultures with different customs and traditions, because all communities believe in and practice the language of art. This is what brings us together, closing the distances between people and creating a harmonious coexistence.  

In 2012, AfriCairo launched an African music and dance festival in Cairo to enable people to meet with each other, to exchange expertise, and to search for a common language within Africa. Currently, the Collective produces music and organises events and workshops.
